Vehicle Transport Service

1. Scope of Service

The company transports vehicles (cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles) via car transporter, tow truck, or trailer between European Union countries.

The service includes:

• Vehicle collection
• Transport
• Delivery to the designated recipient

2. Vehicle Condition

The customer declares that the vehicle:

• is suitable for transport
• does not contain personal property or valuables
• does not have any oil, fuel, or liquid leaks

Any items left in the vehicle are not covered by insurance.

3. Non-Running Vehicles

If the vehicle is not running, the customer must declare it before transportation.

Any additional costs for:

• winch
• special loading
• handling

will be charged separately.

4. Vehicle Inspection

A visual inspection of the vehicle is performed upon collection.

Any damage is noted on the transport document (CMR or internal document).

Damage not reported upon delivery cannot be contested subsequently.

5. Liability

The carrier’s liability is limited in accordance with the international regulations of the CMR Convention.

The company is not responsible for:

• weather events
• delays due to traffic or customs checks
• mechanical failures of the transported vehicle
• items left in the vehicle

6. Delivery Times

Pickup and delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to:

• traffic
• weather conditions
• logistics loads
• road regulations (truck bans)

7. Payment

Payment must be made:

• before picking up the vehicle
• or when booking the service

Accepted payment methods:

• bank transfer
• cash
• card
• electronic payment

In the event of non-payment, transport will not be carried out.

8. Vehicle Storage

Upon request, the vehicle can be stored at our depot.

Storage costs:

• First 3 days free
• 5 days thereafter

9. Cancellation

In case of cancellation:

• More than 48 hours in advance → free
• Within 48 hours → 100% of the deposit paid for the service will be retained

10. Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be settled by the courts of the country where the company is based.
